Condo Market Unchanged for December
The condo market in Middleton Hills ended December exactly as it started. There were no sales and the listings were the same with the exception of a price reduction at 6753 Frank Lloyd Wright. Last year in December there were also no sales. The total number of condo sales for the year was 8, matching the total of 2010. Next week I'll share any trends that I found for 2011 and comparisons to 2010.
Off the Market
6813 Phil Lewis Way is no longer on the market. This 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home was listed for $380,000.
New Listing!
The newest home for sale in Middleton Hills is 3539 Strawberry Loop. This home has 2708 square feet and 4 bedrooms/3bathrooms. It is listed for $414,900.
