After expiring last fall, 3625 Fellowship Rd is back on the market and listed for $649,000. When it expired it was listed for nearly the exact same price, at $648,900. This home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4145 square feet. There will be an open house this Sunday from 1-3pm.
