Middleton Hills Home Sales October

October's 2 sales is two better than October 2010 and now leaves the total number of sales for the year at 15 (a previous post mistakenly showed 15 sales when, in fact, there were only 13 at the time).  This year's pace is still slightly off of 2010 when there were 18 sales through October.  However, with a sale currently pending and another accepted offer, 2011 is still far ahead of the bottom reached in 2009, when there were only 12 sales all year.
